Brooks - Two Months Old (August 29, 2008)

Yes, he's two months old now...and what a ride it's been! I need not recap his health history, so I'll just stick to the fun stuff. He's now 11 lbs. 2 ounces and 22 3/4" long. A growing boy! He smiles and coos, which just melts all of our hearts. He's starting to focus on things and can even interact with Graham a bit. Brooks has some issues going down for naps. He basically fights it every step of the way. And he's still not a big fan of the car. I wish I could video myself in the pick-up line at school waiting to get Graham. I have to get out of the car, rock his car seat, put in his paci, get back in the car, move up, get back out, rock his car seat, put in his paci, get back in the car, and well, you get the picture. I'm sure it's quite funny to watch.

Here are a few pictures of our boy. It's just so hard to accept that those newborn moments are gone. I think it's even more profound since Graham started a milestone year at school (kindergarten - will post more on that later), so I know how fast it goes by.
